How it works

    Each package includes the following services:


    â—¼  in-person visits to job site(s)/lot(s)/vacant land parcel(s) to provide personalized amateur videos, photos, measurements and observations


    â—¼  help and guidance understanding local regulations, building codes, zoning laws and permitting process, including phone calls made to local permitting authorities and key stakeholders on your behalf


    â—¼  help establishing and maintaining open lines of communication with local permitting authorities and relevant stakeholders i.e. planning|zoning|development offices, local fire authorities, local utility companies, public works (for conditional use permits and/or subdivisions), dept of public health (septic systems) etc


    â—¼  help with in-person submittal and in-person (and/or phone call) follow-up of your questions, documentation, permit applications, plan pre-submittal review/plan pre-check (Preliminary Application), Plan Check etc. to local permitting authorities


    â—¼  help and guidance with responding to requests for additional information from permitting authorities and relevant stakeholders


    â—¼  proactive problem-solving and follow-up with potential and real challenges that may arise with building permit application process and homebuilding process


    â—¼  help with establishing and facilitating connections to local professionals, entities and subcontractors who you can consult with in the building permit application process and homebuilding process (i.e. local fire authorities, local planning|zoning|development offices, public works, architects, engineers, surveyors, graders, roofers, plumbers, electricians etc)



    NOTE: Developer/Contractor/Builder Premier clients will move between the packages every week, depending on the hours required that week. Please note drive time is also included in hours of time. A detailed accounting of how my time is spent will be kept and forwarded to you with your bi-weekly statement.  Payment is due within 7 days of receipt, via Zelle or Venmo.   • Bronze Package

    Bronze - up to 4 hours of time per week = $25/hour = max $100/week

  • Silver Package

    Silver - 5 to 10 hours of time per week = $22.50/hour = max $225/week

  • Gold Package

    Gold - 11 to 20 hours of time per week = $20/hour = max $400/week

  • Gold Plus Package

    Gold Plus - 21 to 40 hours of time per week = 17.50/hour = max $700/week
