Pacific Northwest, with all its unique character & charm and surrounded by a breathtaking natural beauty, I've always had an affinity for elements of creative design and aesthetics.
I realize that the world around me, and that you, my client, are a rich source of design inspiration. I've learned to look not only with my eyes, but also with my heart. I try to connect with the things in your life that bring you joy and happiness, and pull those elements into every redesign, makeover or staging.

When I design, it comes from the heart.
It's an organic and intuitive process for me that takes shape as I get to know you, my client,
and what makes you who you are...
your likes and dislikes, your tastes and preferences, your personal style, colors that bring you joy, images or photographs that remind you of something beautiful, memories that bring you back to times of happiness,
or objects you've collected over time that have special meaning.

'"As I tell all my Design and Home Staging clients...I'm your 'every-day' person's designer/stager. Give me $1,000 and I'll make it look like we've spent $5,000!" Christine stretches her client's decorating dollar by first re-purposing items they currently own in a unique and creative way.
She then heads out to do a little bargain shopping.
By selecting Room Makeover, ReDesign and Home Staging items
from TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods &Target -- with, of course, a dash of Crate & Barrel,
Restoration Hardware, West Elm and Pottery Barn, among others, thrown in the design mix --
Christine is able to create a room that is warm and inviting and full of design inspiration...
...one that 'looks' expensive but really isn't!
With her budget-conscious design approach and a little resourceful shopping,
Christine believes you truly don't have to spend a lot to get a lot.

Offerings
Home ReDesign/Room Makeover(s) - $60 per hour
...through artful placement and thoughtful editing of existing (or of newly purchased) furniture,
accessories, area rugs, window treatments, mirrors, wall art & more
for a whole new look!
Rate includes time spent during initial consultation & home preview where detailed photos & measurements are taken & your needs are discussed in depth; includes time to perform your Room Makeover(s), including shopping, selection & purchasing of makeover items, loading & unloading of items, assembling of any products, placement of products, & moving or placing of existing client furniture & accessories; includes time spent inventorying items upon makeover completion & time to return unused items
Personal Shopping (for Home Office ReDesign, Room Makeover or Home Staging)
Personal Shopping - $60 per hour
...for affordable (i.e. at HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Target, Home Consignment Center
Rate includes time spent searching for (on-line or otherwise), selecting, purchasing, returning, exchanging, & on-line and/or phone ordering of home decor items; includes time spent consulting with client on items via texting, e-mailing, on-line or over-the-phone; includes travel time to & from stores, & time necessary to itemize decorative items at makeover completion. All items purchased by Blooms & Rooms are subject to client approval; upon client approval all sales are final
Home Staging Consultation
Staging of your (or your client's) Home for Sale - $60 per hour
Utilize Christine's Home Staging skills, knowledge & expertise to help your home stand out above the rest
and command the best possible price in the least amount of time.
Artful arrangement, editing and creative use of existing, or newly purchased, accessories &
furniture pieces to get your home into showcase condition!!
An initial Staging Consultation & home preview is done where detailed photos and measurements are taken & your needs are discussed in depth. Christine will offer specific, thoughtful guidance to let you carry out the details to stage your home, or your client's home, yourself, or you can continue with me to carry out the rest of your Home Staging to help it "Stand Out Above the Rest!"
DeCluttering - $60 per hour
Artful arrangement and editing of accessories and furniture to create a sense of calm, beauty and bliss in your spaces; can include packing up of edited items for storage or donation
Design Consultations - $60 per hour
...for guidance on just the right colors, finishings, fixtures and arrangements and/or layouts for you!
My consultations can give you the ideas, inspiration & empowerment you need to get you well on your way to creating truly beautiful interiors!

Includes space planning and furniture re-arrangement if needed.
Color Consultations - $60 per hour
... for harmony and to help you define a source of color inspiration for your home!
* PLEASE NOTE CUSTOM-ORDERED FURNITURE AND HOME DECOR POLICY:
* Note all custom-ordered furniture pieces and home decor are final sale and must be paid for in full prior to order placement. All custom-ordered items will be picked out with client input and approval prior to order placement.
** PLEASE NOTE PERSONAL SHOPPING DEPOSIT POLICY:
** $500 per room Personal Shopping deposit is required for all Home ReDesigns, Room Makeovers and Home Stagings requiring Personal Shopping. Deposits will be put towards all purchases for that particular room. Any leftover deposit funds will be applied to my design or staging time.
